Because #NoMoreBadCoffee Matters
Our tagline #NoMoreBadCoffee is our compass when we work as a roastery and cafe. We set precision, quality, and transparency to show how we put all the relentless effort from end to end. Visiting the coffee farm and processor would improve our knowledge about coffee by observing how the coffee plant is being planted, harvested, selected, and treated before becoming green beans.
On August, we had an opportunity to visit a coffee plantation in Loa, West Java.
Comprehensive And Scale Up To Further Stage
Not only barista and roaster, but all of the A-Roastworks’s crew were here to see how farmers and processors put all they have to bring coffee beans as a part of life for people. Comprehensive effort is what we are looking for to craft and serve coffee to you and bring the persistence into the our bags and cups.

It’s Time To Bloom
What do you feel when you see the coffee ground start to bloom?
Impressive, isn’t it?
It will emit the aroma and carbon dioxide, so that the coffee can be consumed comfortably and with no presence of any unpleased taste, even if you are in a situation that requires you to fold your long-sleeve shirt. Same as our fresh coffee, our team also needs to bloom, so that we can always provide excellent work to you.
More than learn about coffee, we used this moment to improve our teamwork by sharing the smiles, laughs, and insights in our talks and activities. Having this time to pause from our daily operational tasks allows us to get to know each other better.

This one-night trip guides us to refresh and sharpen our vision. As always, we are ready to bring the best into your cup.
