          Our Founder
Andrew Tandra is a roaster by profession and a lifetime learner by heart. Armed with a degree in Health food management from the prestigious Maastricht University in the Netherlands, he approaches his art with a scientific mindset, prioritizing consistency and quality in every roast.
Through his meticulous calculations from chemical compounds to humidity, he achieves perfection in every bean, ensuring that the unique exotic characteristics of each bean are respected. His passion for coffee has brought him into many prestigious endeavors, from head roast at the Cup of Excellence Indonesia, brand ambassador of Probat Indonesia, to coach of award-winning baristas.
