Morke
2,380 - 2,480 MASL - Heirloom 74158 - Natural - Karamo Coffee
Tasting Notes: Red Florals, Hibiscus, Berries, Nectarine, Vanilla
Produced from the Morke Drying Station in Sidama, Bura, Ethiopia by Sintayew Mesele, these beans were naturally processed, which requires a drying process on the raised beds for days, until they enter the depulping process and are stored before being shipped or roasted.
The combination of this variety profile, the micro-climate characteristics, and consistent treatment results in the cup profile of red florals, subtle aroma of hibiscus, and the acidity of berries and nectarines. After that, we also sensed the presence of vanilla aftertaste.
